Parties at mini Donington

Give your child a birthday to remember with exclusive use of Mini Donington, our magical role-play village for little ones. Celebrate in your own private castle while a dedicated host takes care of the details and the children enjoy playtime in the village before sitting down to party food together.

The party also includes a special gift for the birthday child, all in a safe, imaginative environment loved by children and parents alike.

£295 | 2-Hour Exclusive Hire of Mini Donington

Enjoy private use of Mini Donington with a dedicated party host who takes care of the setup,
standard decorations and all the washing up — so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

There will be someone on hand to serve hot drinks to adult should they wish to purchase one.

Optional add on – pre paid hot drink tokens for adults attending £3 each.

Your party includes 80 minutes of play, time for food, cake and party bags, party music,
unlimited squash for children, use of plates, cups and tableware and a special gift for the
birthday child.

Capacity: Up to 20 children (Max)

Age suitability: Suitable for children aged 18 months to 6 years

Parties take place in the castle area with child-sized tables and chairs. All children must be
able to sit independently.

Full clean-up and washing up after the party

This is exclusive hire – no other parties or public sessions during your booking
This is not a drop and go party. Each child must attend with one accompanying adult soeveryone can enjoy the celebration safely.

Pricing & Payment Terms

The total price for your party is £295. A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

After booking a £50 refundable damage deposit is required - in the event of any damage to the play village Castle Events & Parties reserve the right to keep these funds.

The remaining balance of £245 is due 7 days before the party. At this stage, we will ask you
to confirm the number of children and adults attending, the ages of the children, and any add-
ons. Payment must be completed at the same time.

The £50 damage deposit will be refunded after the party, provided no damage has occurred.

Please ensure you have read all booking details carefully before paying your deposit. We are
unable to refund the non-refundable portion of the deposit if the stated age limits or maximum number of children have been misunderstood. This deposit is taken to secure the date and prevent others from booking.
